Citizen Commendation and Complaint Form
In order to serve you better, we welcome your commendations, suggestions, constructive criticism or complaints, including complaints against specific officers. All complaints will be investigated thoroughly and appropriate corrective action will be taken when warranted.
There are numerous ways you may submit a commendation or complaint to this Department:
- You can complete the digital Commendation and Complaint Form and email it as an attachment to the Chief of Police.
- You can print the form and drop it off at the Swissvale Police Department or send it by mail.
- You may stop by the Swissvale Police Department at any time to speak with a supervisor or to obtain a physical copy of this form.
- You may call the Department and speak to a supervisor or request to have the form mailed to you.
